Expert Wound Management & First Aid

Accidents can happen unexpectedly, and while some injuries require medical attention, many can be treated at home or in the pharmacy with the right wound management. Our team is here to assist with wound assessment and management for a range of wounds such as minor burns, abrasions, and skin tears.

Initially our pharmacist will provide First Aid if necessary and then provide a comprehensive wound assessment and determine a suitable management plan. Different wounds require different types of dressings and our pharmacists will select the most appropriate product to facilitate healing. They will advise on necessary aftercare and management until your wound is healed. Where necessary, our pharmacist will refer you to other health care professionals for further wound management.
