  • Prescribing Medications: Nurse practitioners can prescribe medications, including repeat prescriptions, tailored to patients’ needs. 
  • Diagnostic Testing: Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests for accurate and timely diagnosis. 
  • Health Promotion: Providing advice and support to improve general health and prevent disease. 
  • Wound Care: Comprehensive wound care, including suturing, plastering, and ongoing management.
