IPA Site and Platform Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
Independent Pharmacies of Australian Pty Ltd (IPA) ABN 73 609 137 546, or its successors and assignees (we, our or us) owns and operates this website (Site) and platform, accessible via https://independentpharmacies.com.au (Platform) and operated in collaboration with Medmate Australia Pty Ltd (Medmate).
The following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the use of the Site, the Platform and the products and services (Products and Services) available through the Site and Platform. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully even if you have used the Site and Platform before as they apply to you every time you use the Site and Platform and may change from time to time.
By accessing or using the Site, the Platform and related Products and Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
- Definitions
Unless otherwise specified below, capitalised terms in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:
- “Customers” refers to individuals or entities accessing or using the Site and/or Platform, including consumers.
- “Data” refers to personal and transactional information collected through the Platform.
- “IPA” refers to Independent Pharmacies of Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 73 609 137 546) and its affiliates.
- “Medmate” refers to Medmate Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 88 628 471 509), the host for the Site and operator of the Platform.
- “Partner Pharmacies” refers to independent pharmacies participating in the IPA network.
- “Platform” refers to the combined IPA and Medmate online environment facilitating e-commerce and related services.
- ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person or Customer using the Site.
- Access
IPA grants to you a limited licence to access and use the Site and Platform for personal use only. You are not permitted to copy or otherwise deal with the Site or Platform in any other way without our express consent.
Users under 18 years of age
If you are under 18 you must only use and access the Site and Platform under the supervision of an adult.

- Security
We aim to make your use of the Site and Platform as safe and convenient as possible. We use the internationally recognised Secure Server certificate (SSL) technology to ensure Customers’ security. These systems use the industry’s leading security methods and practices. All credit card numbers are housed within a secure environment. We never record a copy of your credit card details.
- Cookies
We may use cookies on the Site and Platform to provide you with a better and more effective experience. Like most other websites and e-commerce platforms, our Site and Platform uses cookies to collect information about your use of the Site and Platform. We also use cookies to personalise your Site browsing experience including your access to Products and Services that we provide on through the Platform. You can generally configure your browser so that it does not receive cookies, but if you do so, some of the functionality of the Site and Platform may cease to be available.
- Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in software used on the Site, the Site, the Platform and the Products and Services (including but not limited to any logos, photographic images, text, information, graphics, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (Content) made available to you on or through the Site remain the property of IPA or Medmate or its licensors (where applicable) and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
IPA, Medmate and its licensor (where appropriate) reserve all such rights. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the Content supplied to you or which appears on the Site, Platform or Products and Services nor may you use any such Content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
The “IPA”, “Independent Pharmacies Australia” and all related trademarks and logos represented on this Site and the Platform are the property of IPA or its affiliates (where applicable). You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store Content or any IPA trade mark for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of IPA, or as permitted by law.
- Information Disclaimer
IPA provides absolutely no warranty for any information provided on the Site or Platform. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information, IPA does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the use of information or statements provided on the Site or Platform.
Product images displayed are for representation purpose only. Actual product may differ from images shown.
To that end, the information provided on the Site and Platform:
- is shared in good faith for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any specific treatment, product, or service, nor is it a substitute for professional advice. Information and statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- is for informational purposes only (including information relating to medical and health conditions, products and treatments) and should not be taken as any sort of medical advice whatsoever. - has been prepared in accordance with Australian law for the supply of goods and services in Australia. The Site and all transactions made through the Platform are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in each state and territory and the Commonwealth of Australia (“Australian law”). Information and statements made on the Site or Platform may not satisfy the laws of any other country, and is not directed at people in any other country other than Australia and therefore should not be relied on by people in any country other than Australia.
- IPA Platform
The following terms and conditions apply to Customers transacting through the Platform:
- Marketplace Operation
IPA proudly operates as a trusted marketplace facilitator connecting Customers with independent Partner Pharmacies across Australia. Our Platform is designed to bring you a diverse range of high-quality pharmacy products, delivered with the personal touch and expert care of local independent pharmacists.
- IPA’s Role as Marketplace Facilitator
IPA acts as the central hub where Customers can access products from a wide variety of independent pharmacies. While we provide the platform, the products are sold and fulfilled directly by our carefully selected Partner Pharmacies. IPA ensures a seamless and reliable shopping experience by offering a user-friendly interface and secure payment options while leaving the expertise and personalized service to our Partner Pharmacies.
- Pricing
All prices are published in AUD. Prices, discounts and other offers on the Site and Platform are subject to change without notice. Advertised prices, discounts and savings may vary online and in-store.
IPA reserves the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and products may be withdrawn at any time and may very online and instore. Some products may be subject to maximum purchase limits.
Savings claims listed on the Site or Platform are calculated from our supplier’s recommended retail price (RRP) at the time of listing and when no such RRP exists, savings claims are calculated against prices offered by a major competing retailer for the same or a suitably comparable product.
- Orders
Once you submit an order including payment details you will receive an Order Confirmation Number. You can request to cancel an order by contacting us within one hour of the order being placed by email at the store email address provided in your confirmation email.
If any item is out of stock, you will be notified and you will not be charged.
- Cancelling an Order
The Partner Pharmacy that you place your order through via the Platform may cancel your online order or part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:
- the requested products within the online order are not available; or
- there is an error in the price or in the product description posted on the Platform; or
- the online order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
If your order is cancelled in accordance with:
(i) and (ii) above (where product is unavailable or there is a pricing or product description error), you will be provided with reasonable notice of that cancellation. If any payment has been taken from you for the cancelled order, then the full payment amount, including any delivery fee and other fees and charges, will be refunded to you via your original payment method.
- Click & Collect
If you select our Click & Collect service for delivery of your order, the order will be prepared for collection once the pharmacy that you ordered from has accepted your request. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified and you will be refunded for any item unavailable. You will receive notifications via email & SMS once your order has been placed and when it is ready for collection.
*Click & Collect is only available through participating stores and subject to change from time to time.
- Right to limit Purchase Quantities
IPA reserves the right to monitor and limit the purchase amounts and/or purchase frequency of products made through the Platform at its sole discretion.
IPA reserves the right to restrict sales to a non-commercial level at its sole discretion (including in respect of sales on a recurring basis). In such cases IPA will reduce product(s) and/or order frequency to what IPA considers a non-commercial supply.
- Relationship Between Customers, IPA, and Partner Pharmacies
As a Customer, you’ll experience the convenience of shopping from a wide network of independent pharmacies in one place. IPA’s marketplace brings together a diverse range of products that are sold and shipped by our trusted Partner Pharmacies. While IPA oversees the marketplace operations, your direct interactions with the Partner Pharmacy ensures that you receive the specific care, advice, and service that only independent pharmacists can provide.
- Products Sold by IPA Partners
The products made available on the Platform are sold by our independent Partner Pharmacies. Each Partner Pharmacy is a fully licensed pharmacy, ensuring that you receive genuine and high-quality products, from prescription medications to over-the-counter treatments, health supplements, and more. Within IPA’s Platform marketplace, you’re guaranteed access to an array of trusted products without compromising on quality.
- Partner Selection and Quality Control
IPA takes great care in selecting its Partner Pharmacies to ensure that each one meets rigorous standards for professionalism, ethical practices, and Customer care. IPA has a robust quality control process in place that includes vetting pharmacies for licensing, compliance with industry regulations, and commitment to high-quality service. Our ongoing monitoring ensures that our Partner Pharmacies uphold these standards consistently, so you can shop with confidence.
- Product Authenticity
Partner Pharmacies are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of products they provide through the Platform.
- Partner Pharmacy Responsibilities
Product Fulfilment: Partner Pharmacies are responsible for fulfilling orders made through the Platform, including ensuring the timely delivery of orders and fulfilling and facilitating “Click and Collect”.
Compliance: Partner Pharmacies must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to pharmaceutical standards, product labelling, and dispensing.
- Quality Control Standards
Partner Pharmacies are required to adhere to IPA’s and Medmate’s quality control standards, including proper storage, handling, and dispensing of pharmaceutical products. These standards ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of products sold through the Platform.
- Product Listing Accuracy
IPA and Medmate strive to ensure the accuracy of product information listed on the Platform. However, errors may occur, and we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or pricing are fully accurate and may vary from time to time. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product listings as needed.
- Rights When Dealing with Partner Pharmacies
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that products are sold by our independent Partner Pharmacies, who are solely responsible for fulfilling orders received by them via the Platform. IPA and Medmate are not responsible for the delivery or fulfilment of an order made via the Platform. Your rights are protected by applicable consumer laws, including rights to refunds, replacements, and dispute resolution.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the relevant Partner Pharmacy or the product manufacturer to resolve the issue. If the issue is related to a specific product (e.g., Nurofen), Customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution. IPA and Medmate are not responsible for product issues and do not serve as an escalation point for Customer service matters.
- Data Sharing and Privacy
Data Collection: Medmate collects personal and transactional data during the use of the Platform to process orders made via the Platform, provide Customer support, and improve services.
Data Usage: This data may be used by IPA and Medmate to facilitate transactions, communicate with Customers, and enhance user experience.
Data Sharing: Customer data may be shared between IPA, Medmate, and Partner Pharmacies as necessary to fulfil orders and provide services. All data sharing practices comply with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services: The Platform may integrate with third-party services, which may have access to certain Customer data. Customers are advised to review the privacy policies of these third parties. IPA and Medmate are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
- Customer Service Responsibilities
Partner Pharmacy Responsibilities: Partner Pharmacies are responsible for Customer service related to the products they fulfil, including inquiries about product availability, shipping, returns, and product-specific issues. For product issues with specific brands (e.g., Nurofen), Customers should contact the manufacturer directly.
- Disclaimer of liability
Subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australia Consumer Law (ACL), IPA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site and Platform, the information, material, Content or Products and Services displayed on the Site and Platform.
- Returns and Refunds
We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the ACL and on the terms and conditions set out in our Returns and Refund Policy accessible via https://independentpharmacies.com.au/terms-conditions/returns-and-refunds/. Please ensure that you have read and understand our Returns and Refund Policy before making a purchase.
- Financial Matters
For financial matters related to returns and refunds, including charges and adjustments, IPA and Medmate work closely with Partner Pharmacies. All financial transactions are subject to the policies outlined by individual pharmacies and applicable financial regulations.
- Product Listings and Third-Party Products
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by IPA or Medmate. IPA and Medmate are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
- Limitation of Liability
IPA and Medmate do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of using the Platform, including but not limited to delays in product fulfilment, errors in product information, or issues arising with Partner Pharmacies or product manufacturers.
- Telehealth
IPA works with Medmate to provide a platform that connects you with qualified doctors. These service providers have the sole responsibility for their services, products and information, and are independent of IPA. Please refer to Medmate’s Terms and Conditions for more information.
Telehealth consultations may not be suitable in all circumstances. If a telehealth consultation is not suitable for you, the healthcare professional you book with will alert you prior to or during your appointment. Typical wait time to speak to a doctor is 20 minutes for a priority booking and up to 4 hours for a general booking. This may vary depending on availability and demand. Telehealth services are best suited when you cannot access your regular doctor.
Hours of operation are:
Doctor service: 7am – 11pm AEST or AEDT, 7 days a week. Same day appointments for bookings with a doctor are typically available when made prior to 10pm AEST or AEDT. Any appointments or consults booked after 10pm on a given day will be processed the next day. The clinic is open 7am to 11pm AEST/AEDT 365 days
- Severance
The provisions of these Terms and Conditions will be separate and severable from each other so that if any provision or provisions are considered to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal then the remaining provision or provisions will be binding on and enforceable by the parties.
- Variation
IPA reserves the right to make changes to the Site, Platform, Products and Services and these Terms and Conditions at any time and any changes will be binding on all users of the Site and Platform immediately.
IPA and Medmate reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and it is the responsibility of Customers to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after modifications will constitute acceptance of those changes.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and any disputes arising from the use of the Site or Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Alliance Pharmacy: Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Alliance Healthy Rewards is a customer loyalty program (Program) managed and conducted by Alliance Pharmacy (ABN 56 602 268 664) on behalf of Pharmacy Alliance (ABN 92 103 792 310) (also referred to as ‘we’ or ‘our’) for the benefits of its customers (‘you’ or ‘customer’ or ‘Participating Members’ or ‘Members’).
Opting into the Alliance Healthy Rewards Program is automatic on
- Providing Alliance Pharmacy with your personal information for the Alliance Pharmacy database in one of our Alliance Pharmacy stores or one of Pharmacy Alliance Members stores.
- Ticking any of the program ‘Opt in’ boxes in any competition or promotion at any participating store, via social media or via our website or catalogue.
- By subscribing to the e-mail communication via the Alliance Pharmacy website or promotion communicated in store.
By opting into Alliance Healthy Rewards and participating you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Alliance Healthy Rewards Program set herein and our Privacy Policy. Please read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before you participate or opt in to the Healthy Rewards Program. 1. Participation and Membership
Participating in the Alliance Healthy Rewards Program is only open to individuals with an Australian residential address. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian read and consent to the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be accepted by you and will be binding on you at the time of opting in.
Alliance Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw or decline the membership at any time. Alliance Pharmacy reserves the right to limit, alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards scheme, or terminate the scheme at any time, without prior notice to Participating Members
To enroll in the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards program, you can opt to collect an Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Card at a Participating Pharmacy (a Pharmacy that issues the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Card to earn and redeem reward dollars unless stated otherwise). You must either provide all personal details in an Alliance Healthy Rewards Customer Application Form or otherwise volunteer your personal details to a team member and activate your membership by either going online by visiting rewards.alliancepharmacy.com.au and following instructions to activate your card or via an SMS code immediately in-store.
2. Earning Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points
A Participating member will earn Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points for every Australian $1 spent at participating pharmacies on eligible purchases. Purchases that are not eligible to earn Alliance Pharmacy Health Rewards Points, include prescription items, baby formula, items advertised as being excluded, gaming or gaming related products or gift cards or other legally restricted items. For a full list of exclusions please request this from your store who holds your Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Memberships
You must have a valid Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards membership that is active at the time of purchase to both accrue, transact and redeem. Show your Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards card or provide your details at the time of purchase to ensure your points are registered.
Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points cannot be claimed retrospectively, unless authorised by the participating pharmacy. Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points will be recorded on the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards member profile held by Alliance Pharmacy. Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Reward Points cannot be earned on transactions involving the redemption of already existing Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Reward Points
Alliance Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw, limit, alter or amend customer profiles on the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points balances at any time. Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Reward profiles that have not been transacted on in 24 plus months will have their Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards balance expired and cleared to a zero balance of points/dollars. The Customers Profile will remain active for a period of 5 years from date of issue and then be permanently deleted.
Any Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points issued to the rewards member in error, may be subsequently deducted from the members profile. This decision is at the discretion of Alliance Pharmacy and no discussion will be entered into.
3. Alliance Healthy Rewards Membership Number and Cards
On joining the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program, you can opt to be given an Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Card, which includes a barcode or use your personal details to update your membership Alliance Pharmacy will use these cards and corresponding numbers for identification purposes. Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Reward cards are not debit, credit or charge cards, are not transferrable and must only be used by the original recipient and are not to be used to benefit any third party. Only one card will be issued to each customer, no supplementary or replacement cards will be issued to the customers unless the customer has lost or damaged the previous card. All other cards issued to an existing member will be automatically cancelled without transferring any accumulated rewards unless approved by Alliance Pharmacy.
If an Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards card is lost or stolen, the cardholder must notify Alliance Pharmacy immediately in writing at healthyrewards@alliancepharmacy.com.au. The cardholder may apply for a new Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards card from the participating pharmacy. Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points credited to the lost or stolen card will be transferred to the replacement card where possible, but it is the Member cardholder’s responsibility to contact the participating pharmacy to enable these processes to take place. Alliance Pharmacy and the participating pharmacy take no responsibility or liability for Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Points that the Member cardholder may lose in the event of another individual using their lost or stolen card. The participating Pharmacy may charge the Member cardholder a reasonable fee for any replacement Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards card issued to the Member cardholder to cover administration and handling.
4. Rewards
The Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Reward points redeemable from participating Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards store and can be used in total or part as a reduction in the price of the qualifying purchases. A message will be printed on the Member receipt as proof of the redemption, and the Alliance Pharmacy scheme will update the Member’s reward balance accordingly.
Any rewards, gifts, benefits, dollars, points or offers communicated as part of the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption conditions and are at the sole discretion of Alliance Pharmacy. You should read these terms and conditions carefully. Only Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Reward Members who receive our communications are eligible to use and redeem any rewards, gifts, gifts, dollars, benefits or offer. All offers, gifts, benefits, dollars, or points or rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or equivalent. Customers must present an Alliance Pharmacy Rewards Card in-store or other acceptable identification such as email address and phone number and any other form of redemption that may be required from time to time in order to redeem any such rewards, gifts, benefits or offers.
All Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards, rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated are subject to availability. Alliance Pharmacy is not liable for any rewards, gifts, points, dollars, benefits or offers not being available for any reason.
Your Participating Healthy Rewards Pharmacy may issue vouchers in conjunction with any special offers or special occasions (Vouchers). No Voucher can be redeemed for cash and Vouchers cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
If your birth date is entered incorrectly on sign up, you must notify Alliance Pharmacy in writing to healthyrewards@alliancepharmacy.com.au to report this error. One change to a birth date will be accepted annually.
5. Change of details
You should advise Alliance Pharmacy or go online to visit healthyrewards@alliancepharmacy.com.au to provide any change of details such as name, address, contact number, e-mail address by contacting us on 03 9860 3300. Alliance Pharmacy is not responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards communications and rewards, benefits or loss of membership. You must provide acceptable identification information to change your membership details.
When you visit rewards.alliancepharmacy.com.au and login to the page to change or update any details not including your birth date at any time. It is the sole responsibility of the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards member to ensure their details are correct at any time.
6. Suspension or Termination
Alliance Pharmacy can immediately suspend or terminate your participation in Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards without any notice if you have;
- Breached these Terms and Conditions
- Have engaged or may engage in fraudulent conduct or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent in relation to Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards or your Personal Profile.
- You have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the Alliance Pharmacy reputation or legitimate interests of Alliance Pharmacy (such as shoplifting).
- Have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information to Alliance Pharmacy
- Are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring or offering to sell, assign, transfer any Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards, rewards, gifts, offers or benefits other than in accordance with these or specific terms and conditions
- Act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Alliance Pharmacy staff or customers at an Alliance Pharmacy member store.
- Become bankrupt
Where your right to participate in the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards, dollars or points and rights you may have at the time under the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program shall be suspended or terminated.
The Customer’s participation in the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards program may be terminated by either Alliance Pharmacy or the Customer by providing the other party with 30 days’ notice.
7. Warranties and Liability
All conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities or other terms that may be implied or imposed by custom, under general law or by statute, whether expressed or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under, or pursuant to, Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program, are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any condition, warranty, or other obligation, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwth) or any other National, State or Territory legislation (the ‘Acts’) where to do so is unlawful. To the full extent permitted by law, where the benefit of any such condition, warranty, or other obligation is conferred upon the Customer pursuant to any of the Acts, Alliance Pharmacy sole liability for breach of any such condition, warranty or other obligation is limited to:
- In the case of goods, supplying the goods or services again or payment of the cost of having the good or services supplied again;
- In the case relating to any claim relating to points, to crediting that number of points, to the Customer’s Membership;
- In the case of any claim relating to a reward, to crediting the number of points redeemable for that reward to your Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program
To the extent permitted by law, Alliance Pharmacy will not be liable to the Customer (or any other persons claiming under or through a Customer) or any third party for;
- Any personal injury or death to the customer or third person
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, expenses, losses or liabilities
- The loss, theft, destruction of an Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program card or any other reward, gift, point, dollar or benefit.
- Any delay in replacing a reward, gift, points, dollar or benefit arising out of relating to, or connected to the provision of use of Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program or any reward, dollar, point, goods or service supplied by Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Reward.
Alliance Pharmacy shall not be liable to the Customer or third party for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, an act of God, government act, war, fire, flood, storm, explosion or civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, or default by or act of omission of a third party provider, hosting or data center providers or other suppliers or sub-contractors.
8. General Information
Employees of Alliance Pharmacy or its affiliates or associations are not eligible to participate in an Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program Membership or to use redeem any offers, points, dollars, rewards, gifts or benefits. Any individual with an Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards card who becomes an employee will have their Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards card and all balances cancelled on acceptance of employment.
Alliance Pharmacy expressly reserves the right to change the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program elements, including but not limited to the points base value, the dollar value, expiry dates, or the way in which the Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program rewards, benefits, points, dollars, gifts, benefits or offers are earned or redeemed or cease to running at Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program at any time (without any liability to the customer or any third party). Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards will use reasonable endeavours to give advanced notice to all Customers of any material changes, in writing or otherwise by posting on our website or other available channels, if you do not agree to these changes, you may terminate your participation Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program by providing Alliance Pharmacy with at least 30 days written notice after the date you receive written notice of the changes or the changes were posted on our website or other social media channels.
A notice or communication shall be deemed to be given by Alliance Pharmacy Healthy Rewards Program if it is sent to your e-mail, postal address listed under your membership or otherwise posting it on our website or other social media channels.
