What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a FREE service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from a selected participating IPA Pharmacies.
Click & Collect is available at only participating stores, stock availability and trading hours will vary per location. Search for your local IPA Pharmacy for further information.
Please note during peak periods processing times may vary and some products may not be available for Click and Collect. You will be notified of any delays.
How does it work?
You can set your Click & Collect store by selecting your local participating IPA Pharmacy using the Find a Store function.
Once set, this setting will remain for the entire duration of your shopping journey. When products are added to the shopping cart, stock availability will be advised at the store selected. Adjust your quantities to align with stock availability at that store.
Once your order is finalised, the store will pick and prepare your order. You will receive an email & SMS notifying you when to collect.
Can I nominate someone on my behalf?
If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS and valid photo identification.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection/delivery?
We aim to prepare your order within 2 trading hours of you placing your order. In the instance you placed an order outside Click & Collect trading hours, an estimated ready date for collection/delivery will be provided. You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS advising when your order is ready for collection/delivery.
We also provide you with a tracking status link, which you can check at any time to see how your order is progressing.
What do I take in-store to pick up my order?
When collecting your order please remember to present confirmation of your order (Email or SMS) and a valid photo ID (Driver Licence, Passport, proof of age card). If a Credit Card was used to purchase your order, you will need to present this at the time of collection.
If your order included a paper prescription, please remember to bring the original copy with you. We are unable to supply your prescription item if this requirement is not met.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact your Click & Collect store as soon as possible. We will need to check the status and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request. Store contact information is available on your confirmation email.
What if stock is not available after my order has been placed?
If an item purchased is defective, damaged, or faulty or missing at time of picking you will be notified immediately via email or phone call. The store will go through the following options to accommodate:
- Offer a suggested replacement product.
- Proceed with your order without the defective, damaged, faulty or missing items. Refunds will be processed for all missing items.
- You are entitled to a full refund of your entire order.
- Place your order on hold until stock is made available again in store.
