IPA Pharmacy Loyalty and Rewards Programs

We have a variety of loyalty programs running in our independent pharmacies across Australia, each designed to reward our valued shoppers.

How do I join a Loyalty Program?

You can sign up for any of our loyalty programs online or in-store at participating Independent Pharmacies across Australia.

To sign up online click ‘Login/Register’ and follow the easy steps to get started. Once activated, you can begin earning points and enjoying the rewards right away!

How do I find the balance of my Loyalty Program points?

Sign into your loyalty account by logging in or registering in the top right corner. Once you select your local IPA pharmacy and login, you can press “My Account” in the top right corner. This will take you to a page where your current points balance is visible along with your other details. When you shop in pharmacy your rewards balance will be printed on your receipt.

How long does it take for my points to be applied to my account?

Your points will be applied to your account immediately after an in-store or online purchase.

What if I forget to bring my loyalty card when I'm shopping in a store?

If you don’t have your card with you, don’t worry! We can look up your account using your name, mobile number, or email. Alternatively, if you keep your receipt, we can add points to your account within 30 days. Just bring the receipt back to the store, and our friendly team will manually adjust your rewards so you don’t miss out!

Do Loyalty rewards expire?

Yes. Loyalty points expire after 24 months. Make sure you redeem your points regularly to avoid losing any rewards. Your purchase receipt will also indicate any points close to expiry.

What happens to expired rewards?

Rewards dollars are available for 24-months from the time of earning. Any rewards not used within 24 months will expire and no longer be on your account.

How do I earn Reward Dollars?

You can earn Reward Dollars for every time you shop on non-prescription items. Reward Dollars are banked onto your loyalty account and appear on your receipt every time you shop. You can spend your Rewards Dollars at any time on non-prescription items.

I have lost my card; how do I get a new one?

If you have lost your loyalty card, you can request a new card at your local Independent Pharmacy and a new one can be created for you on the spot! And don’t worry, your existing Reward Dollars will be transferred over to your new card.

How will I be informed If I have received an offer?

We will send you an email or SMS to let you know all about of our promotions and product offers. Plus, there will be promotional material in-store so keep an eye out!

How do you advertise winners of competitions?

Winners of any loyalty competition will always be called or emailed. We also publish winners on our website. We only disclose the Pharmacy Name and your First Name and the first letter of your last name for example when we publish winners.

How is my data stored and protected?

Ensuring the protection of your data is a top priority at IPA. All Loyalty program data is processed and stored by Independent Pharmacies of Australia Loyalty Systems. Independent Pharmacies of Australia Group conforms to all Australian Government protocols regarding data storage and transmission. Some of the ways we protect your data include:

  • Encrypting all data before transfer
  • Operating services within Australia only, to limit cyber-attacks from overseas
  • Ensuring that no data is accessible without a secure token
  • Conducting regular third-party penetration tests
  • Using a security committee that reviews security and makes and schedules work recommendations, which are implemented on regular release cycles

How do I opt-out of the loyalty program?

You may unsubscribe from email and/or SMS communications using the unsubscribe option available at the bottom of each message.
