Crampeze Forte Leg Cramps & Spasms contains Viburnum Opulus, an antispasmodic (Cramp Bark) traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help relieve night cramps and mild muscle spasms & twitches. It also contains nicotinamide, feverfew extract and vitamin B5. <br /><br />It contains magnesium for magnesium supplementation, to maintain healthy immune system functions and support healthy neuromuscular system and to maintain muscle function and support nervous system function.
